The short version
Our games do not collect personal data. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no tracking. The games do not send any data to us or to anyone else.
What the games store, and where
To remember your progress, best scores and settings (such as the character look you picked), each game saves a small file only on your device. It contains no name, email, device identifier or location.
- This file never leaves your device and we cannot access it.
- It is not included in Android's automatic cloud backup.
- You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the game or by clearing the game's storage (Android Settings → Apps → [game] → Storage → Clear data).
What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising ID
- No analytics or crash-reporting services
- No user accounts or sign-in
- No in-app purchases
- No location, contacts, camera, microphone or other device permissions
- We do not sell or share any data, because we have none
Google Play
You download and update our games through Google Play, which is run by Google. Google processes data for that (for example your Google account, purchase and download records, and, if you have opted in on your device, technical crash and performance statistics that Google shows to developers mostly as aggregated statistics). This processing is done by Google under Google's own terms and is Google's responsibility. Please see the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. They do not collect personal data from anyone. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal data (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
Contacting us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights such as access, correction, deletion and objection, and you may complain to a data protection authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC). Since the games hold no personal data about you on our side, there is usually nothing for us to provide or delete. But you are always welcome to ask at privacy@zumproductions.com.
Changes to this policy
If a game update changes how data is handled (for example if we add ads, purchases or crash reporting), we will update this policy before that update is released, change the effective date above, and describe the change in the game's release notes on Google Play.
